What services are included in your packages ?
All packages are being supplied with a .nc domain name and an email address for each user with and EDR for security. Patching and monitoring are also included. Support,backup and more are optional and billed separatly. Server and network support are not included.
What services are included in Tiers 3 ?
In addition of Tiers 2, Remote and on-site support is included, limited at 1 intervention per month. Additional support is billed separatly. Mailboxes backup are included in this Tiers.
What services are included in Tiers 4 ?
In addition of Tiers 3, Priority remote and on-site support are included, limited at 2 interventions per month. Additional support is billed separatly. Networking and server support are included as well as 1TB of cloud storage for additional backup.
What other services could you offer ?
We can also provide compute ressources in the cloud or on premise, depending on your needs,company policy and budget. Contact us anytime to discuss your needs.
What is network support ?
Networking services that we provide include networking management (DHCP,DNS,VLANs,Routing,VPN,...)
What is server support ?
Server services that we provide include server and users management (Active Directory,DFS,File Sharing,...). We cover Windows or Linux Servers.
